Wth!!! How did that happen?
I was icing my knee with an ice pack and I left it on there too long! I also didn’t have anything between me and the ice pack, fail. So, for future icing, I’m going back to a good ole bag of ice cubes or frozen veggies!! Luckily it looks much better today. So. Dumb.
