FINALLY, I dropped 3.5 lbs!
HB and I started out in a contest to drop weight but then the fact that he’s 5.5 years younger than I am and a male kind of blew my chances out of the water, especially since I still wanted to eat (and got real lazy with the workouts). It’s unreal how quickly he drops weight. I hates it. But good for him, right.
Anyway…the whole foods plant based diet is helping. Although I haven’t perfected the diet (I hate that word, I mean like diet like intake not diet like trendy) just yet because we’re finishing off the food we have in the fridge (turkey, chicken, yogurt, milk). And we are kind of following the plan a little differently: I’m completely cutting out meats and dairy, he’s going to do fish and occasionally do meat.
So…the thing is I think I’m going to post most of my annoying details on lspoteats.tumblr.com because I really want to document e’erthang. But I’m still putting it all together. Yeah. That’s the update.
